I have two words you’re not gonna like to hear… ‘Dad Bod.’ You know, that look a man has when his stomach sticks out more than his chest… Belly fat hanging over their pants… Can you say, GROSS?!’
How’s it going, SixPackAbs.com? Chris Walding here today were here in the SixPackAbs.com Clark Shao Memorial Gym to bring you a killer, fat-burning workout designed to eliminate belly fat so you don’t fall victim to a ‘Dad Bod’ or, rather, get you out of that body type stat!
So, the ‘dad bod’ is a commonly used term for a guy holding on to a “spare tire” so-to-speak in the belly…I’m talking fat in the front,
wrapping to the sides creating love handles, and around to the back – creating that ‘spare tire’ effect. Now even if you are in fact a dad, there is ZERO excuse to be holding onto that extra fat on your body – you’re literally killing yourself!
So, today we’re gonna go through a circuit workout to start chipping away and getting rid of any trace of a ‘dad bod’ once and for all. Now, a circuit workout means you’re doing the exercises back-to-back with NO rest until the circuit is complete…Then you’re going to do it all over again 2 more times!
Jumping Jacks – 20 Reps
Knee-To-Elbow Crunches – 10 Reps
Mountain Climbers – 20 reps, 10 per leg
Plank Hold – 10 deep breaths while holding
Now, if you couldn’t make it through all 4 rounds, work your way up – increase your rest time up to 30 seconds, and start with 3 rounds.
On the other hand, if you thought this didn’t challenge you enough – decrease your rest time to 10 seconds or add more rounds
